SubSub — це офіційний партнер YouTube, що допомагає медіакомпаніям та креаторам масштабуватися, монетизувати контент і будувати стабільний бізнес. Ми поєднуємо експертизу в медіа, власний продакшн і потужні SaaS-продукти.

Твої майбутні задачі:

  • Можливість попрацювати з повним шляхом користувача від sign up до payment: виявляти, де втрачається цінність, і прибирати бар’єри (ICP/value prop/onboarding/pricing/quality).
  • Визначити activation як value realization, побудувати funnel + leading/lagging метрики й базовий дашборд.
  • Вести pipeline гіпотез, пріоритезувати під limited engineering, запускати й завершувати експерименти.
  • Робити A/B + швидкі тести: onboarding, paywall/trial, pricing/packaging, монетизаційні важелі.
  • Працювати з даними й інсайтами: сегменти/джерела трафіку + короткі юзер-дослідження (інтерв’ю/сесії).
  • Налаштувати growth cadence: weekly review метрик, беклог, експерименти, прозорий прогрес для CEO/маркетингу/інженерії.

Ми очікуємо, що ти маєш:

  • 4+ років досвіду PM у продукті (SaaS/subscription/freemium - плюс), бажано кейси freemium→paid / 0→1 revenue.
  • Сильний досвід growth funnel (activation/conversion/retention) і розуміння різниці між usage vs value.
  • Досвід A/B тестів end-to-end (гіпотеза → дизайн → аналіз → рішення), базове розуміння статистики/сигналу.
  • Упевнена робота з метриками та unit economics (CAC/LTV/churn/payback).
  • Аналітичні інструменти: Amplitude / GA4 / Tableau (або аналоги) + вміння формулювати події/трекінг.
  • Автономність, чітка пріоритизація, сильна комунікація зі стейкхолдерами, вміння писати структурно (Notion/Slides) і презентувати (Loom).
  • Рівень Англійської B2+
