90+ млн користувачів на рік. GMV $70+ млрд. $55 млн інвестицій від топових фондів. Ростемо через агресивну консолідацію ринків: OLX Africa, Cars45, Tonaton, Bikroy - чотири угоди, чотири рази забирали ринок цілком. Мета - оцінка $1 млрд+ і топ-5 класифайдів світу за кількістю користувачів.

Команда розподілена між Лагосом, Найробі, Аккрою, Дакою, Києвом і Варшавою. Ця роль - в ядрі HQ, репортинг напряму COO групи.

Project Manager, Cars45

Cars45 - автовертикаль Jiji на найбільшому авторинку Африки, 65 000+ платних продавців. У неї зараз найкращий момент за всю історію: машини почали продаватися в кредит через банки-партнери, і ми подвоюємо цей бізнес за 12 місяців. Напрямок забереш цілком - сьогодні його веде особисто COO.

Задача: вести consumer financing і P&L Cars45 так, щоб бізнес ріс без ручного управління зверху.

Зона відповідальності:

  • Партнерства з банками end-to-end: переговори, підключення, інтеграція процесів
  • Воронка фінансування: заявки → апруви банків → видачі; знаходити, де втрачається обсяг, і виправляти
  • P&L вертикалі: план-факт, юніт-економіка, драйвери відхилень, рішення з розрахунками
  • Прайсинг і процеси: готувати рішення і доводити до впровадження з командою в Нігерії (продукт, маркетинг, фінанси)

Вимоги:

  • 3+ роки досвіду; доведений проджект-менеджмент - достатньо одного якісного end-to-end проекту
  • Big4, продуктова компанія, FMCG, e-commerce або Genesis School
  • Сильна юніт-економіка і фінмоделювання, просунутий Excel/Google Sheets
  • Впевнена комунікація для переговорів із зовнішніми партнерами, англійська upper-intermediate+
  • Активне використання AI-інструментів у щоденній роботі
  • Bias for action: важливіший execution, ніж розмір минулих команд

Процес відбору: CV-скринінг → скринінг-інтерв'ю → тестове завдання → захист тестового → фінальне інтерв'ю з COO.

Формат: Варшава - офіс; Київ - офіс або гібрид.
