Зараз ми розвиваємо Organic Growth напрям та шукаємо в команду SEO Specialist, який(а) стане овнером SEO складової одразу у трьох суміжних дисциплінах: класичному SEO, AEO (прямі AI-відповіді) та GEO (генеративні AI-системи: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini) та забезпечить стабільний органічний приплив трафіку в продукти компанії.

Що ти будеш робити:

  • Відповідати за технічний SEO продуктів: архітектура сайту, краулінг, індексація, рендеринг, структуровані дані, міжнародне SEO, Core Web Vitals та масштабовані технічні покращення;
  • Розробляти й впроваджувати стратегії AI Search Optimization, покращувати видимість брендів у Google, AI Overviews, LLM-пошукових системах та інших нових каналах відкриття контенту через технічну оптимізацію, структуровані дані та мультиформатний контент;
  • Проводити SEO A/B-тести, вимірювати результати та масштабувати гіпотези, що спрацювали;
  • Створювати масштабовані контент-стратегії у партнерстві з командами Content та Product;
  • Відповідати за масштабовані ініціативи з побудови авторитетності та off-page зростання: digital PR, стратегічні партнерства, аутріч, guest posting, присутність на Reddit/Quora без спаму.

Наш ідеальний match матиме:

  • Від 2 років практичного досвіду в SEO, з готовністю занурюватись у GEO/AEO - дисципліну, де ще немає усталених практик на ринку;
  • Досвід технічного SEO-аудиту (crawlability, indexation, rendering) і роботи зі structured data та Core Web Vitals, включно з міжнародним SEO;
  • Практичне володіння GSC, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush, краулерами типу Screaming Frog, а також SQL/BigQuery для роботи з даними;
  • Розуміння того, як LLM обирають і цитують джерела, і досвід моніторингу AI-visibility та структурування контенту під AI Overviews і featured snippets;
  • Навички keyword research, кластеризації запитів і постановки технічних ТЗ контент-команді на структуру та перелінковку;
  • Досвід off-page-роботи — аутріч-кампанії, digital PR, community-присутність на Reddit/Quora.
