COMPANY OVERVIEW

We exist to make food the world loves. But we do more than that. Our company is a place that prioritizes being a force for good, a place to expand learning, explore new perspectives and reimagine new possibilities, every day. We look for people who want to bring their best — bold thinkers with big hearts who challenge one another and grow together. Because becoming the undisputed leader in food means surrounding ourselves with people who are hungry for what’s next.

OVERVIEW:

As an Agentic Commerce Analyst, you will help evolve a trusted product information foundation that makes accurate, reusable, and channel-ready content available across retailer sites, brand.com experiences, and emerging AI-assisted shopping journeys. You will translate agentic commerce and digital shelf needs into practical product information capabilities, working across Product Information Management, digital asset management, content collaboration, syndication, and technology teams. This is a unique opportunity to join a time-bound transformation pod, accelerate meaningful change through automation and process improvement, and help establish capabilities that the platform team can sustain after the pod concludes.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Analyze emerging agentic commerce, retailer, brand.com, and AI-assisted shopping requirements and translate them into clear product information use cases, business rules, content objects, and acceptance criteria.
  • Partner with product owners, developers, content experts, and digital shelf stakeholders to define and prioritize enhancements to the product information platform that support retailer-specific content and syndication.
  • Map current and future-state processes across product information, digital asset management, content collaboration, and syndication; identify friction, duplication, control gaps, and automation opportunities.
  • Lead structured process improvement workshops and Kaizen-style working sessions to compress delivery timelines, improve handoffs, and establish repeatable ways of working.
  • Define data, content, and quality requirements for channel-ready and AI-friendly product content, including attributes, relationships, metadata, governance, validation, and reuse patterns.
  • Create user stories, process flows, functional requirements, test scenarios, and readiness criteria; support developers and testers through refinement, delivery, and validation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and communicate risks, decisions, progress, and outcomes to pod leadership and partner teams.
  • Capture operational documentation, knowledge transfer, and transition requirements so that completed capabilities can be sustainably owned by the platform team when the temporary pod dissolves.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, computer science, data, marketing, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in business analysis, product information management, digital commerce, content operations, data management, or a related technology or consumer products environment.
  • Experience gathering requirements, documenting business processes, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, and supporting solution delivery with technology teams.
  • Working knowledge of product information, digital asset, content management, syndication, retailer content, or digital shelf concepts.
  • Ability to analyze structured data and content requirements, identify quality issues, and translate business needs into clear functional outcomes.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and collaboration skills in a cross-functional environment.
  • Comfort working in an ambiguous, fast-moving transformation initiative with changing priorities and multiple dependencies.
  • People management experience is not required; demonstrated readiness to influence without authority is essential.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with agentic commerce, generative artificial intelligence, large language model-assisted shopping, answer-engine optimization, or structured content for machine consumption.
  • Experience with product information management platforms such as Stibo Systems, digital asset management, content collaboration, retailer syndication, or related enterprise content ecosystems.
  • Experience working with consumer-packaged goods, retail, brand.com, marketplace, or digital shelf teams.
  • Experience facilitating process mapping, Kaizen, lean improvement, automation discovery, or operating model transition activities.
  • Understanding APIs, data flows, integration patterns, taxonomy, metadata, data governance, and content quality controls.
  • Experience working in agile delivery teams using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or equivalent platforms.
  • Knowledge of analytics, experimentation, or measurement approaches for content discoverability, retailer readiness, and digital commerce performance.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
