Full-time | Penempatan : Bontang, Kalimantan Timur

Tanggung Jawab Utama :

  • Bertanggung jawab atas pencapaian target penjualan, margin, dan profit
  • Mengawasi operasional seluruh outlet agar berjalan sesuai SOP, termasuk pengendalian shrinkage, OOS, waste, serta peningkatan produktivitas toko.
  • Mengelola strategi merchandising, perencanaan dan distribusi stok, serta koordinasi supply chain
  • Mengarahkan strategi marketing dan program peningkatan traffic toko
  • Memimpin pengelolaan SDM retail, pengawasan anggaran dan laporan keuangan, audit internal, serta perencanaan ekspansi dan pengembangan bisnis.

Kualifikasi :

  • Pendidikan S1 (Manajemen/Bisnis/Marketing/Operasional atau setara) dengan pengalaman manajerial di industri retail
  • Memiliki kemampuan memimpin tim lintas fungsi
  • Menguasi konsep penjualan retail, profit & loss (P&L), merchandising, supply chain, dan inventory control.
  • Mampu membaca laporan keuangan, menganalisis performa outlet, menyusun anggaran, serta mengoptimalkan efisiensi biaya dan profitabilitas bisnis.
  • Memiliki komunikasi yang kuat, mampu bernegosiasi dan menyelesaikan masalah secara strategis,
