In qualità di consulente WMS sarai responsabile dell’implementazione della soluzione Generix WMS e riporterai al Responsabile Operation.

Dopo un periodo di formazione, ti occuperai di:

  • Comprendere le esigenze del Cliente, definire i requisiti di business e del progetto e verificarne la fattibilità individuando eventuali gap con la soluzione standard aziendale;
  • Seguire i processi di implementazione degli sviluppi, sia dal punto di vista tecnico che dei costi;
  • Gestire le comunicazioni interne del team e quelle verso il Cliente;
  • Collaborare con i colleghi delle diverse aree aziendali;
  • Gestire i deliverables;
  • Garantire la qualità dell’output e la sua efficacia;
  • Assumersi la responsabilità dell’intero processo di implementazione, in tutti i suoi aspetti.

Qualifiche

Requisiti:

  • Esperienza lavorativa di almeno 3 anni in società di consulenza per l’implementazione di soluzioni applicative in ambito logistico con focus preferibilmente nel settore della GDO o delle aziende 3PL.

Technical skills:

  • Laurea ad indirizzo tecnico/scientifico (Ingegneria ad indirizzo gestionale, Informatica, Elettronica, Economia, Matematica, Statistica);
  • Buona conoscenza dei processi logistici;
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (gradita conoscenza della lingua francese).

  • Interesse per l’innovazione e l’information technology;
  • Spiccate capacità analitiche e organizzative;
  • Orientamento al problem solving;
  • Orientamento al lavoro per obiettivi;
  • Capacità di leadership, di relazione con il team e di gestione del Cliente.
