GENLED Brands is een wereldwijde LED-fabrikant met fabrieken op drie continenten, die architecturale en bewegwijzeringsverlichtingsoplossingen produceert die in 66 landen worden verkocht. En we hebben ervaren LED-technici nodig in ons nieuwe Europese hoofdkantoor, gevestigd in het prachtige Weesp, Amsterdam, Nederland. GENLED Brands bestaat uit AgiLight, opgericht in 2003, en Acolyte, dat in 2009 werd geopend. Hoewel we relatief nieuw zijn in Europa, zijn beide merken goed ingeburgerd.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Bouw en monteer nieuwe LED verlichting-productorders.
  • Knippen, solderen en labelen van LED-producten, inclusief aluminium profielen.
  • Revisie of repareer producten met RMA-problemen.
  • Voer diverse werkzaamheden in de werkplaats uit, indien nodig.
  • Onderhouden en programmeren van waterdichtingsmachines voor het inkapselen van verlichting

Eisen

  • 1-2 jaar eerdere productie-ervaring (LED's zijn een pluspunt).
  • Hoog niveau van aandacht voor detail.
  • Precisie meet-, snij- en soldeervaardigheden
  • In staat om meer dan 16 kg (35 lbs) te tillen.
  • Kennis van Microsoft Office (een pre).
  • Ervaring met het bedienen van CNC-machines of spuitgietmachines (een pre).
  • Deze functie is onderhevig aan antecedentenonderzoek.

Responsibilities

  • Build and assemble new LED lighting product orders.
  • Cut, solder and label, LED products, including aluminum channels.
  • Rebuild or repair products with RMA issues.
  • Perform various shop duties as needed.
  • Maintain and program waterproofing machines for encapsulating lighting

Requirements

  • 1-2 years previous manufacturing experience (LEDs a plus).
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Precision measuring, cutting and soldering skills.
  • Ability to lift more than 16 kg (35 lbs).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (a plus).
  • Experience operating CNC or injection molding machines (a plus).
  • This position is subject to background checks.
