Estmaos em busca de um(a) Assistente Administrativo(a) para ser o braço de apoio da diretoria e, ao mesmo tempo, o suporte que destrava todas as áreas do negócio.

Vai muito além do secretariado: é a pessoa que conecta os pontos, que faz acontecer e que enxergamos com potencial de crescer para uma coordenação ou direção de operações conforme a estrutura se expande.

O que você vai fazer no dia a dia:

  • Dar suporte administrativo e operacional à diretoria e às áreas de marketing, comercial, sucesso do aluno e operações
  • Apoiar a organização de eventos presenciais e lançamentos
  • Cuidar de rotinas administrativas e digitais (cadastros, certidões, envios)
  • Organizar materiais e cenários para gravações
  • Gerenciar despacho e logística de produtos (retirada em depósito, envio pelos Correios)
  • Comprar passagens, agendar compromissos e resolver demandas pontuais da diretoria
  • Apoiar processos de gente (contratações, desligamentos e contratos)
  • Absorver eventualmente funções de apoio quando outras posições estiverem indisponíveis

  • Pessoa plena, organizada e resolvedora, que opera bem com autonomia
  • Confortável tanto com tarefas simples (organizar um escritório, despachar um material) quanto com demandas mais complexas
  • Boa comunicação, discrição e postura de dono
  • Vivência com Inteligência Artificial aplicada à rotina de trabalho
  • Flexibilidade e disposição real pra colocar a mão na massa em tudo que a operação precisar

Formato e condições:

  • Modelo híbrido, com pelo menos 1 dia presencial fixo por semana no centro do Rio de Janeiro, e outros dias presenciais conforme a demanda (eventos, gravações, despachos)
  • Ideal residir próximo a Niterói ou São Gonçalo
  • É necessário estar disponível para eventuais sábados e finais de semana em períodos de evento ou lançamento
  • Deslocamento e almoço custeados; viagens a trabalho (ex.: SP e Minas) pagas
