Gestão de contratos da área ambiental - estruturação, execução e entrega final - com Visão de Dono do Negócio. Acompanhar o contrato desde a elaboração inicial, passando pela revisão e negociação, até a execução e o encerramento.

Gestão de riscos e desvios, e solução dos pontos críticos que vierem a se apresentar no decorrer das etapas de planejamento e execução dos projetos, identificar falhas, assegurar conformidade com leis e políticas internas e proteger os interesses financeiros e legais da organização.

Atuar como o ponto focal de comunicação entre as equipes jurídica, financeira, comercial e a alta liderança. Relacionamento estratégico com os clientes e prospecção de novos negócios.

Gerenciamento da equipe técnica interna e de campo, responsável por conduzir reuniões de apresentação de resultados para os clientes, dominando o que foi realizado e os resultados obtidos, podendo ter como apoio discussões técnicas internas com diferentes especialistas.

Acompanhar a produtividade dos projetos, elaboração/controle cronogramas; (físico/financeiro - prazos de faturamento, documentos SMS, início de equipes de campo, entrega de relatórios).

Planejamento/Controle financeiro (pagamentos e previsão de atividades com os custos dos projetos). Monitorar o cumprimento de cláusulas, cronogramas e margens de lucro estipuladas nos acordos com clientes e fornecedores.

Controle do faturamento/medições, controle dos prazos e entregas (relatórios/campos). Contato constante com a fiscalização e equipe de execução, garantido os melhores resultados e a qualidade do trabalho prestado.

Superior completo em Geologia, Engenharia Ambiental, Engenharia Química, ou área correlatas.

Sólida experiência com gestão de contratos (de média a alta complexidade) em empresas da área Ambiental, Engenharia, ou de Gerenciamento de Áreas Contaminadas.

Vivência com gestão de equipe interna e de campo da área ambiental ou de engenharia.

Desejável Pós-Graduação a área de Gestão, de Negócios ou Ambiental.

Residir em São Paulo (capital) ou região próxima. Importante ter disponibilidade para viagens a nível nacional conforme a necessidade dos contratos e clientes.
