Supervisionar a frota de veículos próprios e alugados da empresa, assegurando disponibilidade, segurança, conservação e controle dos custos. O profissional será responsável por estruturar procedimentos, acompanhar manutenções, fiscalizar a utilização dos veículos e buscar continuamente maior eficiência operacional.

Manutenção preventiva e corretiva

Elaborar e controlar o plano de manutenção preventiva de veículos leves e caminhões, considerando quilometragem, tempo de uso e recomendações dos fabricantes; Acompanhar revisões, trocas de óleo, filtros, pneus, freios, suspensão, transmissão e demais componentes; Avaliar tecnicamente os serviços e peças indicados pelas oficinas, evitando substituições desnecessárias, cobranças indevidas ou preços fora do mercado.

Controle de custos e eficiência

Monitorar o custo mensal de cada veículo e da frota como um todo; Controlar gastos com combustível, manutenção, pneus, pedágios, multas, seguros, documentação e locações; Calcular indicadores como custo por quilômetro, consumo médio, custo de manutenção e disponibilidade da frota.

Combustível e utilização dos veículos

Controlar os abastecimentos por veículo, motorista, projeto e centro de custo; Acompanhar consumo médio e identificar desvios, abastecimentos incompatíveis, duplicidades ou possíveis fraudes; Verificar quilometragens, capacidade do tanque, tipo de combustível e localização dos abastecimentos; Fiscalizar o uso dos veículos fora dos horários, trajetos ou finalidades autorizadas; Monitorar excesso de velocidade, condução inadequada, utilização particular e demais situações de uso indevido; Implantar procedimentos para retirada, devolução, guarda e transferência de responsabilidade dos veículos; Garantir a correta identificação dos responsáveis por multas, avarias e danos.

Gestão de veículos alugados

Controlar contratos, prazos, franquias, quilometragens, seguros e condições das locações; Comparar preços e condições entre locadoras; Planejar reservas e devoluções para evitar diárias desnecessárias; Realizar ou exigir vistorias completas na retirada e na devolução dos veículos.

Sistemas, tecnologia e inteligência artificial

Operar sistemas de gestão de frotas, especialmente CABS, Ticket Log ou soluções equivalentes; Utilizar recursos de inteligência artificial para análise de dados, elaboração de relatórios, comparação de orçamentos e identificação de desvios; Automatizar controles e alertas de manutenção, vencimentos, abastecimentos e documentação; Integrar informações de abastecimento, manutenção, telemetria, rastreamento e locação.

Procedimentos e fiscalização

Criar, revisar e implantar normas e procedimentos de utilização da frota; Definir responsabilidades dos motoristas, gestores de projetos e usuários dos veículos; Elaborar termos de responsabilidade, entrega, devolução, multas, avarias e uso adequado. Propor medidas corretivas e preventivas; Atuar como área de suporte às equipes, mantendo independência para fiscalizar o uso correto dos veículos; Garantir que os procedimentos sejam conhecidos e cumpridos por todos os usuários; Manter documentação e evidências organizadas para auditorias internas e externas.

  • Ensino superior em Logística, Administração, Mecânica, Engenharia Mecânica, Gestão de Frotas ou áreas relacionadas;
  • Experiência prática com gestão de frota de veículos leves e caminhões, com mais de 40 veículos;
  • Conhecimentos práticos e teóricos de mecânica automotiva e manutenção de veículos pesados;
  • Capacidade de analisar diagnósticos, orçamentos, peças, mão de obra e necessidade real dos serviços;
  • Conhecimento dos custos de manutenção, pneus, combustível e serviços automotivos;
  • Experiência com sistemas de gestão de frota e abastecimento;
  • Domínio de Excel ou Google Planilhas, familiaridade com inteligência artificial e automação de atividades administrativas;
  • Capacidade de negociação com oficinas, concessionárias, locadoras e fornecedores;
  • Conhecimento de legislação de trânsito, documentação, seguros, sinistros e multas;
  • CNH válida, categoria B ou superior;
  • Disponibilidade para realizar inspeções presenciais e acompanhar serviços quando necessário.
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar de segunda à sexta 44h semanais, na Fazenda Rio Grande. E para viagens pontuais.
