Deine Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung bei organisatorischen und administrativen Themen im Tagesgeschäft
  • Eigenverantwortliche Koordination und Nachverfolgung von Terminen, Aufgaben und organisatorischen Themen
  • Organisation sowie Vor- und Nachbereitung von Besprechungen, Terminen und Geschäftsreisen
  • Koordination und Verwaltung interner Ressourcen und Betriebsmittel
  • Betreuung der Telefonzentrale sowie der Ein- und Ausgangspost
  • Empfang und Betreuung von Besuchern, Kunden und Geschäftspartnern
  • Mitwirkung bei der Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen und internen Events
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Übersichten, Auswertungen und Stammdaten
  • Übernahme von Schnittstellen- und Koordinationsaufgaben zwischen Geschäftsleitung, Kollegen und externen Ansprechpartnern

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung abgeschlossen oder bringst eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit
  • Organisation liegt dir und du schaffst es, auch bei vielen Themen den Überblick zu behalten
  • Du arbeitest gerne selbstständig und eigenverantwortlich und gehst Aufgaben strukturiert an
  • Du bist kommunikativ, freundlich und souverän im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartnern
  • Du bist fit im Umgang mit Microsoft Office und findest dich schnell in neue Themen und Tools ein
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Diskretion sind für dich selbstverständlich.
  • Du bist ein echter Teamplayer und packst gerne mit an
