Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen engagierten Projektkoordinator Fördermittelmanagement (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Gigabitausbau des Bundes (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Betreuung von Förderprojekten im Rahmen der Gigabitförderung des Bundes und der Länder
  • Bearbeitung von Förderbescheiden sowie Prüfung der Fördervoraussetzungen
  • Erstellung und Einreichung von Mittelabrufen, Änderungsanträgen und Verwendungsnachweisen
  • Überwachung von Fristen, Meilensteinen und Förderauflagen
  • Pflege und Dokumentation der Projektdaten in den Förderportalen des Bundes
  • Unterstützung beim Projektcontrolling sowie bei der Kosten- und Terminüberwachung
  • Vorbereitung von Berichten und Dokumentationen für unsere öffentlichen Auftraggeber
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kommunen, Landkreisen, Projektträgern, Netzbetreibern und unseren Projektleitern
  • Unterstützung bei der administrativen Begleitung von Vergabeverfahren
  • Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer internen Prozesse und Standards

Deine Fähigkeiten:

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. Betriebswirtschaft, Public Management, oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen), alternativ eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische, technische Ausbildung
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Fördermittelmanagement oder im Projektmanagement öffentlicher Projekte
  • Kenntnisse im Zuwendungsrecht oder im Umgang mit öffentlichen Förderprogrammen sind von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Eine strukturierte, sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationstalent und Freude daran, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig im Blick zu behalten
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie ein freundliches und sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Kunden und Projektpartnern
  • Teamgeist und die Bereitschaft, Dich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten
