The posting

Part Time: Tuesday - Thursday 7:00am - 11:00am Summary To clean assigned areas in commercial and government facilities to an acceptable level of quality. Must possess a working knowledge of janitorial terms and perform tasks within established time standards. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Facility Maintenance: Maintain a safe and clean environment by performing high/low dusting, vacuuming, and emptying trash. Sanitization: Clean and sanitize restroom fixtures to meet high health and safety standards. Floor Care: Perform dust mopping, wet mopping, stripping, scrubbing, and carpet spot cleaning. Specialized Cleaning: Clean computer rooms, glass surfaces, and polish furniture, chrome, and stainless steel. Compliance: Adhere to all Agency policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

including CARF, OSHA, and the Department of Labor.

Government Standards: Maintain performance standards subject to inspection by government officials. Warehouse Support: Assist with bailing cardboard, returning empty skids, and cleaning spills in stocking aisles as required.

Supervisory Responsibilities None Education Requirements Ability to read or identify names of chemicals on containers. Experience Requirements Experience with proper use of chemicals and equipment. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Ability to read and identify chemical labels on containers. Experience with proper use of janitorial chemicals and mechanical equipment. Must maintain the ability to pass a criminal background check and random drug screens Must have reliable transportation to and from work locations

Capable of working independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively as part of a team. Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information appropriately.
