Buscamos uma pessoa que consiga unir habilidades técnicas do universo jurídico (de preferência do contencioso/trabalhista) com um forte senso de centralidade no cliente, priorizando uma experiência de excelência de ponta a ponta. Precisará saber falar com profundidade sobre o negócio do cliente e criar estratégias que possam agregar cada vez mais valor para eles, sabendo conduzir reuniões com c-levels, levando oportunidades e quebrando barreiras para o avanço dos projetos.

Principais Responsabilidades

· Ser o principal ponto de relacionamento e construir uma relação de confiança com o cliente.

· Entender profundamente o negócio e o contexto jurídico de cada cliente.

· Garantir a entrega de valor, acompanhando a jornada, resultados e evolução da parceria.

· Antecipar necessidades e riscos, atuando proativamente para aumentar satisfação e retenção.

· Conectar cliente e empresa, levando insights, oportunidades e feedback para áreas internas.

· Monitorar indicadores de desempenho relacionados aos projetos e à satisfação dos clientes;

· Identificar novas oportunidades a partir das análises das bases de processos trabalhistas dos clientes e do cenário específico de cada um, sabendo levá-las de forma proativa.

· Dar toda a visibilidade necessária aos clientes, seja por meio de relatórios executivos, reuniões semanais, quinzenais ou mensais ou reuniões presenciais de resultados, tendo que ter disponibilidade para viajar para outros Estados.

· Atuar como o guardião do projeto junto aos clientes, conduzindo reuniões de kick off dos projetos e acompanhando as demandas junto aos times internos, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos e qualidade das entregas.

· Apoiar a construção de estratégias que fortaleçam a experiência e satisfação dos clientes.

· Fazer o planejamento estratégico da carteira de clientes de sua responsabilidade, sabendo traçar estratégias para entregas os resultados esperados pelos clientes.

· Fazer apresentações executivas para o time interno para dar visibilidade das estratégias que envolvem seus clientes.

O que esperamos desse profissional

Capacidade de construir relacionamentos de confiança com clientes, transformando dados em insights estratégicos e sabendo levá-los de maneira propositiva, contribuindo para uma experiência de excelência no atendimento.

Formação:

· Graduação completa em Direito.

Experiência:

· Experiência profissional em escritórios de advocacia e departamentos jurídicos corporativos de grandes empresas.

· Vivência com gestão e acompanhamento de processos trabalhistas.

· Experiência em relacionamento e atendimento a clientes B2B.

· Experiência na elaboração e apresentação de relatórios executivos e apresentações para C-level.

Competências Técnicas:

· Conhecimento em Direito do Trabalho e gestão de contencioso trabalhista.

· Capacidade de análise de indicadores, dados e bases processuais.

· Domínio do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel e PowerPoint.

· Capacidade de utilização de IA (em ambiente autorizado pela empresa) para otimizar análises e apresentações.

· Habilidade para elaborar apresentações executivas e conduzir reuniões com clientes.
