A PACT está em busca de uma Pessoa Negociadora Jr. para atuar com foco em negociações judiciais, contribuindo para soluções estratégicas em demandas de Direito do Trabalho e Direito Cível.

Responsabilidades:

Conduzir negociações judiciais com foco na resolução consensual de conflitos. Atuar em processos relacionados ao Direito do Trabalho e Direito Cível. Elaborar estratégias de negociação alinhadas aos objetivos da empresa. Manter relacionamento próximo com escritórios parceiros, partes envolvidas e demais stakeholders. Registrar e acompanhar informações processuais e indicadores da área.

O que buscamos:

Formação superior em Direito. Inscrição ativa na OAB. Conhecimento prévio em Direito do Trabalho e Direito Cível. Excelente comunicação oral e escrita. Interesse genuíno por negociação de conflitos e resolução estratégica de litígios. Organização, empatia e foco em resultados.

Diferenciais:

Experiência prática em negociações judiciais ou audiências de conciliação. Vivência em ambientes dinâmicos. Familiaridade com ferramentas jurídicas digitais, como PJe e e-SAJ.
