Aufgaben

  • Recruiting & Bewerbermanagement: Du steuerst den Recruitingprozess von der Stellenausschreibung bis zur Einstellung und sorgst für eine professionelle Candidate Experience
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Du koordinierst Eintritte und Austritte, bereitest relevante Unterlagen vor und begleitest neue Mitarbeitende beim Start im Team
  • Personaladministration: Pflege von Personalakten, Stammdaten, Abwesenheiten, Fristen und Bescheinigungen sowie Unterstützung im laufenden HR-Tagesgeschäft
  • Vertrags- & Dokumentenmanagement: Erstellung und Pflege von Arbeitsverträgen, Vertragsänderungen, Vorlagen und weiteren personalrelevanten Dokumenten
  • HR-Prozesse & Richtlinien: Weiterentwicklung von Standards, Workflows und internen Leitlinien, passend zu unserem Wachstum und den Anforderungen eines regulierten MedTech-Umfelds
  • Mitarbeiterbetreuung: Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte zu personalrelevanten Fragen, Arbeitszeit, Urlaub, Benefits und internen Abläufen
  • Weiterbildung & Dienstreisen: Organisation und Koordination von Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen sowie Unterstützung bei der Planung, Abwicklung und Nachbereitung von Dienstreisen inklusive Dokumentation und interner Abstimmung
  • Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit & Teamkultur: Entwicklung und Umsetzung kreativer, pragmatischer Maßnahmen, die mit begrenztem Start-up-Budget einen spürbaren Mehrwert für Mitarbeitende schaffen und den Teamzusammenhalt stärken

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, ein Studium im Bereich Personal, BWL, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in HR, Personaladministration & Recruiting
  • Grundverständnis im Arbeitsrecht sowie sicherer und sensibler Umgang mit vertraulichen Daten
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise mit Blick für Details
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Serviceorientierung und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Teams
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office bzw. Google Workspace
  • Motivation, HR-Strukturen in einem wachsenden MedTech-Unternehmen aktiv mitzugestalten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Wünschenswerte Qualifikationen (Nice-to-haves):

  • Erfahrung in einem Start-up oder MedTech-Umfeld
  • Kenntnisse in vorbereitender Lohnbuchhaltung, Vertragswesen oder HR-Controlling
  • Erfahrung mit Tools wie Personio, DATEV, DocuSign, Odoo
  • Interesse an Organisationsentwicklung, Employer Branding und dem Aufbau skalierbarer HR-Prozesse
