Aufgaben

  • Administration, Betrieb und Monitoring von IT-Systemen im GMP-regulierten Umfeld, z. B. Server, Netzwerke, virtuelle Umgebungen und Datenbanken
  • Betreuung von GMP-relevanten Applikationen wie LIMS, DMS, QMS und ERP
  • Sicherstellung von Backup-, Restore- und Archivierungskonzepten gemäß regulatorischen Anforderungen
  • Benutzer-, Rollen- und Berechtigungsverwaltung für GMP-relevante Systeme
  • Mitarbeit bei der Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung komplexer Systeme im regulierten Umfeld
  • Mitarbeit bei der Computer System Validation (CSV) gemäß EU-GMP Annex 11 und FDA 21 CFR Part 11
  • Erstellung, Pflege und Review von Validierungsdokumenten wie URS, Risikoanalysen, IQ/OQ/PQ, Testskripten und Traceability-Matrizen
  • Mitwirkung bei Change Control, Re-Validierungen sowie Anforderungen an Datenintegrität nach ALCOA+
  • Unterstützung bei Audit-Trail-, Protokollierungs-, Zeitstempel- und Archivierungskonzepten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Qualitätssicherung, Qualitätskontrolle, Produktion und externen IT-Dienstleistern
  • Unterstützung bei Audits und Inspektionen

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare IT-Qualifikation, z. B. Fachinformatiker Systemintegration
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der IT-Systemadministration
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in einem GMP-regulierten, validierten oder vergleichbar regulierten Umfeld
  • Gute Kenntnisse in mehreren der Bereiche Server, virtuelle Umgebungen, Netzwerke, Datenbanken, Rollen- und Berechtigungskonzepte sowie IT-Security
  • Verständnis von EU-GMP Annex 11, 21 CFR Part 11, ALCOA+ / Data Integrity
  • Erfahrung mit CSV-Prozessen oder die Bereitschaft, sich intensiv in dieses Thema einzuarbeiten
  • Strukturierte, dokumentationsstarke und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Compliance-Orientierung, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
