Aufgaben

  • Prüfung von Eingangsrechnungen auf sachliche, rechnerische und vertragliche Richtigkeit
  • Kontrolle von Kunden- und Projektabrechnungen auf Plausibilität und Vollständigkeit
  • Mitarbeit bei Kostenkontrolle, Liquiditätsübersichten und Zahlungsprozessen
  • Aufbereitung kaufmännischer Auswertungen und Entscheidungsvorlagen
  • Klärung von Unstimmigkeiten mit Lieferanten, Kunden und internen Ansprechpartnern
  • Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung kaufmännischer Prozesse
  • Ergänzend: Dokumentenmanagement, Korrespondenz, Telefon und allgemeine Organisation

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder wirtschaftsnahes Studium
  • Erste Erfahrung in Rechnungsprüfung, Buchhaltung, Abrechnung, Controlling oder kaufmännischer Sachbearbeitung
  • Sehr gutes Zahlenverständnis sowie eine sorgfältige, strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Sie hinterfragen Unstimmigkeiten, übernehmen Verantwortung und möchten sich weiterentwickeln
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel sowie eine ausgeprägte digitale Affinität; ERP-/Buchhaltungssysteme sind ein Plus
  • Klare, direkte und verlässliche Kommunikation und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Eigeninitiative und der Wunsch, sich fachlich und persönlich weiterzuentwickeln – idealerweise mit dem Ziel, perspektivisch mehr kaufmännische Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
  • Interesse am Energiemarkt und an einer umweltfreundlichen Energieerzeugung; erste Kenntnisse oder Erfahrungen in der Energiebranche sind von Vorteil.
