Aufgaben

Sie sind technische/r Ansprechpartner/in für Ihre festen Objekte und tragen Verantwortung für deren technische Betreuung, den Zustand und das allgemeine Erscheinungsbild. Sie arbeiten serviceorientiert mit Mietern, Vermietern und Dienstleistern zusammen.

Technische Anlagen & Wartung

  • Durchführung regelmäßiger Inspektions- und Wartungsrundgänge (wöchentlich bei denselben Objekten)
  • Prüfung und Instandhaltung der gesamten Haustechnik (HKLS/E, Heizung, Klima, Lüftung, Sanitär, Elektrik)
  • Bedienung und Optimierung der Gebäudeleittechnik

Störungsmanagement & Reparaturen

  • Analyse und schnelle Behebung von technischen Störungen
  • Durchführung von Reparaturen und Installationen (Instandsetzungsarbeiten)

Dokumentation & Reporting

  • Digitale Dokumentation aller durchgeführten Arbeiten und Inspektionen vor Ort
  • Erstellung von Fach- und Mängelberichten
  • Regelmäßige Statusmitteilungen an Geschäftsführung und Objekteigentümer

Dienstleister-Koordination

  • Koordination und Überwachung von Fremdunternehmen bei größeren Reparaturen
  • Beauftragung von Handwerkern und Abnahme durchgeführter Leistungen

Bereitschaftsdienst

  • Einsatzbereitschaft im Notfalldienst (ca. Alle 6-7 Wochen)

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich der Gebäudetechnik, idealerweise mit branchenähnlichen Qualifikationen aus Bauhauptgewerken
  • Berufserfahrung in Wartung und Instandsetzung von Heizungs-, Klima-, Lüftungs-, Sanitär-, und/oder elektrischen Anlagen (HKLS/E) oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
  • Selbstständige sowie kunden- und dienstleistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen
  • Führerschein Klasse B
