Aufgaben

  • Sie übernehmen die objektverantwortliche Betreuung von großen Immobilien und sind Ansprechpartner für technische Anliegen rund um die Objekte.
  • Sie führen Schriftwechsel und telefonische Korrespondenz mit Eigentümern, Mietern sowie Dienstleistern und sorgen für eine reibungslose Kommunikation.
  • Die Auftragsabwicklung im technischen und infrastrukturellen Gebäudemanagement fällt ebenso in Ihren Verantwortungsbereich wie die Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen und Verträgen.
  • Sie planen Wartungsarbeiten, überwachen deren Durchführung und koordinieren die entsprechenden Termine.
  • Im Vertretungsfall übernehmen Sie Aufgaben in der vorbereitenden Buchhaltung sowie die Bearbeitung von Rechnungen.

Profil

  • Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Facility Management, Immobilien oder eine vergleichbare Berufsausbildung und bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung mit.
  • Grundkenntnisse der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung sind erforderlich, um die Aufgaben sicher und kompetent zu erfüllen.
  • Sie überzeugen durch eine hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit und arbeiten gerne im Team, um gemeinsam Lösungen zu entwickeln.
  • Ihre Arbeitsweise ist selbstständig, sorgfältig und strukturiert, wodurch Sie auch komplexe Aufgaben effizient meistern.
  • Sie besitzen einen sicheren Umgang mit den gängigen Microsoft Office Anwendungen und nutzen diese gekonnt in Ihrem Arbeitsalltag.
  • Ein kompetentes und freundliches Auftreten rundet Ihr Profil ab und macht Sie zu einem geschätzten Ansprechpartner für Eigentümer, Mieter und Kollegen.
