  • Produktionsprozesse: Mitarbeit bei der Definition und Umsetzung von Produktionsprozessen, Arbeitsanweisungen und Qualitätsstandards
  • Montage & Prüfung: Montage, Justage und Funktionsprüfung komplexer elektromechanischer Komponenten für Computertomographen
  • Materialbereitstellung & Kommissionierung: Wareneingang, Materialprüfung, Einlagerung und Bereitstellung von Komponenten für die Montage
  • Montagehilfen & Werkzeuge: Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Hilfsvorrichtungen und Werkzeugen zur effizienten Montage und ergonomischen Arbeitsgestaltung
  • Qualitätskontrolle: Qualitätskontrolle der gefertigten Teile sowie Dokumentation der Ergebnisse nach internen Standards
  • Dokumentation & Rückverfolgbarkeit: Sorgfältige Dokumentation von Arbeitsschritten, Prüfergebnissen und Abweichungen nach Arbeitsanweisungen
  • Fehleranalyse & Nacharbeit: Erkennen, Melden und Bearbeiten von Abweichungen in Abstimmung mit Entwicklung und Qualitätssicherung
  • Produktionsoptimierung: Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung von Produktionsabläufen zur Steigerung der Qualität
  • Ordnung & Arbeitssicherheit: Sicherstellung von Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Arbeitssicherheit im Verantwortungsbereich
  • Installation & Inbetriebnahme: Unterstützung bei der Installation und Inbetriebnahme sowie Wartung der Systeme beim Kunden (national und international)

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (z. B. Mechatroniker, Industriemechaniker, Elektroniker, Feinmechaniker oder vergleichbar)
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Montage, Inbetriebnahme oder Fertigungsplanung komplexer Geräte – idealerweise in der Medizintechnik
  • Hands-on-Mentalität: du packst selbst an, findest pragmatische Lösungen und setzt Ideen direkt um
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau oder in der Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Mechanik, Elektronik und Qualitätsdokumentation (z. B. ISO 13485, ISO 9001)
  • Grundkenntnisse in EDV / Produktionssystemen (z. B. ERP) von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen für Installationen oder Schulungen
  • Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Motivation
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
