Aufgaben

  • Sie planen und steuern Techniker-Einsätze im Messstellenbetrieb, behalten Termine/Kapazitäten im Blick und passen Planungen bei Änderungen proaktiv an
  • Sie übernehmen die Anmeldung/Anlage von Aufträgen, prüfen die Datenqualität (Vollständigkeit, Plausibilität) und koordinieren Termine mit internen Schnittstellen sowie externen Partnern
  • Sie stellen auftragsbezogene Dokumente zusammen, sorgen für eine strukturierte Ablage/Archivierung und unterstützen bei Auswertungen und Reportings
  • Sie unterstützen bei der Bestandsführung, koordinieren Materialflüsse für anstehende Einsätze und stellen die Materialverfügbarkeit sicher (z. B. Bedarf klären, Engpässe frühzeitig adressieren)
  • Sie wirken an der Einhaltung relevanter Vorgaben/Standards mit, identifizieren Optimierungspotenziale und unterstützen bei der Einarbeitung neuer Kolleg:innen

Profil

  • Wir suchen eine organisierte, zuverlässige Persönlichkeit mit starkem Koordinationsvermögen, die Dispositions- und Lagerprozesse im Messstellenbetrieb strukturiert steuert und den reibungslosen Ablauf sicherstellt
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Disposition, Messstellenbetrieb oder vergleichbaren Tätigkeiten
  • Warenflüsse, Lagerbestände und Liefertermine effizient planen und koordinieren
  • Bestands- und Bedarfsdaten präzise auswerten, Engpässe vermeiden und Optimierungen ableiten
  • Sicherer Austausch mit Lieferanten, Kunden und internen Abteilungen zur Abstimmung von Dispositions- und Lagerprozessen
