Aufgaben

  • Bearbeitung eingehender EDIFACT-Dateien sowie Verarbeitung und Prüfung elektronischer Kommunikationsdaten gemäß geltenden Marktregeln (z. B. GPKE, WiM).
  • Fehleranalyse und -behebung in Kommunikationsprozessen sowie Sicherstellung der fristgerechten Bearbeitung und vollständigen Dokumentation.
  • Koordination und Überwachung von Messstellenbetreiber-Wechselprozessen (MSB-Wechsel) inklusive Abstimmung mit Marktpartnern wie Lieferanten und Netzbetreibern.
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung relevanter Stammdaten (z. B. Kunden- und Zählerdaten) sowie Sicherstellung der Datenqualität.
  • Unterstützung bei der Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen in der Marktkommunikation und Stammdatenpflege.
  • Mitwirkung an Qualitätssicherung und Prozessoptimierung, inklusive Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen und Vorschlägen zur Prozessautomatisierung

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Bezug zur Energiewirtschaft.
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Marktkommunikation, Messstellenbetrieb oder in einer vergleichbaren Schnittstellenfunktion ist wünschenswert.
  • Ausgeprägte Analysestärke und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Daten- und Kommunikationsprozesse sorgfältig zu prüfen sowie Fehler systematisch zu identifizieren und zu beheben.
  • Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit für die klare und zielgerichtete Abstimmung mit Marktpartnern (z. B. Lieferanten und Netzbetreibern).
  • Eigeninitiative und proaktives Vorgehen bei der Optimierung von Marktkommunikationsprozessen und der Bearbeitung von Klärfällen.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Niveau C1).
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel, sowie IT-Affinität für den Umgang mit spezialisierten Marktkommunikations- und EDM-Systemen.
