COMPITI E RESPONSABILITA'

  • Verifiche mensili sull’esecuzione da parte degli operatori degli interventi programmati tramite il sistema informativo aziendale;
  • Apertura delle richieste di intervento tramite il sistema informativo;
  • Emissione delle richieste di acquisto;
  • Verifica proposte dei sub affidamenti e subappalti;
  • Verifica delle prestazioni tecniche di servizio ed elabora il programma operativo dei fabbisogni di materiali, combustibili e prestazioni esterne;
  • Verifica dell’esistenza e aggiornamento della documentazione di legge per gli impianti assegnatigli (ISPESL/INAL; CPI; F-Gas; Libretti di Centrale; Emissioni inquinanti, ecc .. );
  • Verifica rispetto delle norme di legge per la sicurezza sul lavoro, la salvaguardia dell’ambiente e le disposizioni relative alla certificazione di Qualità;
  • Gestione dei mezzi, le apparecchiature, gli strumenti e le risorse assegnate nella logica di ottimizzazione e nel rispetto delle norme di lavoro;
  • Gestione da remoto, attraverso sistemi di telegestione/telecontrollo, degli impianti tecnologici e segnatamente: centrali termiche, centrali frigorifere, centrali di trattamento aria, impianti di cogenerazione;
  • Verifica, attraverso i grafici dei parametri funzionali, l’ottimale andamento degli impianti;

REQUISITI NECESSARI

  • Diploma o Laurea triennale in materie tecniche;​
  • Esperienza nella consuntivazione e preventivazione delle attività/progetti
  • Esperienza di 3 o più anni in un ruolo analogo;
  • Gestione documentale ed organizzativa su commessa.
  • Conoscenza del pacchetto Office;

23.970 € lordi - 35.956 € lordi
