About the role

As an SDR, you’re the first point of contact for prospective clients. You’ll qualify inbound and referral leads, understand what each client is trying to achieve, and set up high-quality consultations for our Investment Consultants. It’s a high-impact role that directly drives revenue and our growth in the UK market.

What you’ll do

- Contact and qualify warm marketing and referral leads quickly and consistently

- Run discovery conversations to understand clients’ goals, needs and readiness to proceed

- Pitch our all-in-one proposition and book qualified consultations with Investment Consultants

- Keep the CRM accurate and up to date so every handover is seamless

- Track your activity, conversion and KPIs, and use the data to keep improving

- Build strong, collaborative relationships with colleagues and live the GetGround values every day
