Job description:

We are currently seeking motivated candidates to join our Sponsorship Sales Development Team. In this role, you will support our Sponsorship Sales organization by generating early-stage pipeline, connecting with senior-level technology leaders, and helping drive revenue opportunities. Ideal candidates are driven, proactive, and excited to accelerate their sales career in a fast-paced, innovative environment—ultimately growing into a full-cycle Account Executive role within 4–5 months.

Who You Are

  • You have some experience in business development or sales development
  • A self-starter with determination, grit, and a drive to create opportunities
  • Comfortable with—or eager to learn—prospecting, outreach, and cold calling
  • A confident, patient, and thoughtful communicator both on the phone and in person
  • Motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive about hitting your targets
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
  • Open to mentorship, feedback, and continuous growth
  • Strong in time management and organizational skills
  • Excited about building a long-term sales career and consistently exceeding goals
  • Understand that failure is part of the process and approach challenges with resilience

Responsibilities

  • Generate new sales leads through a combination of calling and emailing
  • Build relationships with senior management contacts within the technology vendor space
  • Develop and manage an early-stage sales pipeline
  • Follow up on sales-led campaigns and create self-sourced prospect lists
  • Use sales tools and research methods to identify key decision-makers
  • Maintain high outbound call volume and execute mass email campaigns
  • Schedule qualified meetings for Sponsorship Sales Account Executives
  • Understand Millennium’s offerings and position them effectively based on prospect needs
  • Track and manage all outreach activity and prospect data within Salesforce
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly activity and performance targets

Compensation is determined based on role and location and may consist of base salary and additional incentive compensation, including commission, or bonus, where applicable.
