LO QUE HARÁS EN ESTE ROL

Como Analista de Inteligencia de negocios estas serán algunas de las actividades clave en tu día a día:

  • Atención especializada y personalizada a los clientes dentro de la cartera de la región a través de distintos canales de atención: Correo, llamada, WhatsApp, mensaje de texto.
  • Analizar y creación de casos, seguimiento punta a punta de las solicitudes recibidas por el cliente con atención especializada y resolución final del caso (Desde que se recibe la solicitud, hasta que se atiende por el área resolutora).
  • Participar en llamadas estratégicas con el área comercial, a fin de dar seguimiento a las solicitudes de los clientes, resolución de problemáticas e incidencias e identificar brechas para mejorar la experiencia del cliente para con la empresa.

LO QUE BUSCAMOS EN TI

Estamos en búsqueda de un/una Analista de Inteligencia de negocios para unirse a nuestro equipo en CDMX en la zona de Santa Fe, con los siguientes requisitos y experiencia:

Experiencia Profesional

  • En una posición de Analista de inteligencia comercial
  • Data Analyst en áreas comerciales

Formación Académica

  • Sistemas, Actuaría, Matemáticas, afín

Idiomas

  • Inglés (Deseable)

Habilidades técnicas

  • Desarrollo de tableros en Power BI
  • Nivel avanzado de Excel (indispensable)
  • Conocimientos tableau

Habilidades blandas

  • Trabajo en equipo
  • Comunicación efectiva
