Som rekryteringskonsult hos Get Skills hjälper du våra kunder att hitta, attrahera och anställa rätt medarbetare. Du jobbar i varierande uppdrag och i vår egen verksamhet, med ett team bakom dig där vi hjälps åt och lär av varandra varje dag.

Du är med i hela processen: från att ta reda på vilken profil kunden behöver och söka upp kandidater, till intervjuer, urval och referenstagning. Samtidigt ser du till att kandidaterna har en bra upplevelse från första kontakt till avslut.

Det här är ett bra nästa steg för dig som vill arbeta praktiskt med rekrytering och konsultarbete. Hos oss får du verktygen, handledningen och möjligheten att successivt driva större och mer självständiga uppdrag.

Du kommer bland annat att:

  • Ta fram kravprofiler: Prata ihop dig med chefen för att förstå vad tjänsten kräver och vilken profil de söker.
  • Hitta och kontakta kandidater: Leta aktivt upp rätt personer via LinkedIn, databaser och nätverk.
  • Göra urval och hålla intervjuer: Gå igenom ansökningar, screena och genomföra strukturerade intervjuer.
  • Tester och referenser: Administrera personlighets-/färdighetstester och ringa referenser.
  • Stötta chefen: Ge konkreta råd, underlag och rekommendationer inför anställningsbeslut.
  • Återkoppling och kandidatkontakt: Hålla kandidaterna uppdaterade längs vägen så att de får en bra upplevelse och avslut.

Vem vi söker

Vi söker dig som har ett genuint intresse för människor och relationer. Du trivs i en konsultativ roll där du självständigt driver processer framåt med en hög kvalitet, god struktur och stor flexibilitet.

Vi ser gärna att du har:

  • Relevant akademisk utbildning inom HR, personalvetenskap, beteendevetenskap, ekonomi eller motsvarande erfarenhet
  • Erfarenhet av att självständigt driva rekryteringsprocesser.
  • Erfarenhet av att arbeta i moderna rekryteringssystem.
  • God förståelse för kompetensbaserad rekrytering och kandidatmarknadens dynamik.
  • Mycket god kommunikativ förmåga i svenska och engelska, i både tal och skrift.
