The posting

Every Gett ride starts with a match: a rider who needs to move and a driver who needs to earn. Get the match, the price and the incentive right, and both of them smile. Get them wrong by a few minutes or a few shekels, and one of them stops trusting us.

Our mission is simple: getting people to smile and trust us when they move. In the marketplace, trust means a reliable ETA, a fair and transparent price, and earnings a driver can plan around. A smile means a ride that just works, for a private rider, a business client, a driver or a courier.

We’re looking for a Product Lead to own a core area of Gett’s Marketplace - how riders and drivers are matched, how rides are priced, and how we grow and retain supply. This is a senior lead role with end-to-end ownership, from vision to delivery.

What you’ll deliver

  • Own a core marketplace domain and its KPIs. Set the vision, roadmap and delivery, with accountability for fulfilment rate, ETA, utilisation, driver earnings and margin.
  • Take products from idea to impact. Lead discovery and requirements, drive the rollout, and keep iterating after launch.
  • Find the next opportunity. Use data, market and user research, and AI tools, to spot opportunities faster and balance the needs of riders, business customers and drivers
  • Prove that it works. Define success metrics, run A/B tests and gradual rollouts, and iterate until goals are met.
  • Move teams together. Work closely with Engineering, Analytics, Operations and Customer Experience across our markets.
  • Raise the bar. Act as a senior product voice: raise the bar on product craft and help shape the overall Gett roadmap.

Requirements

What you’ll bring

  • 6+ years in product management, including 3+ years on marketplace products (ride-hailing, delivery, food-tech or similar two-sided marketplaces) or ML/algorithm-based products (pricing, matching, ranking or forecasting models).
  • A proven track record of delivering products with measurable impact on matching, pricing, supply growth or efficiency.
  • Daily use of AI tools to speed up discovery, analysis and execution.
  • Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics: supply/demand balance, pricing and network effects.
  • Data-driven mindset: defining KPIs, hands-on with data/SQL, running A/B tests and drawing sound conclusions.
  • Ability to lead through influence and align stakeholders without formal authority.
  • Excellent communication skills, including presenting to executives.
  • Hands-on, with strong prioritisation and ownership.
  • English and Hebrew proficiency.

Nice to have

  • A technical background (e.g., a B.Sc. in Computer Science or Industrial Engineering).
  • Experience with B2B/corporate mobility.
  • Experience integrating third-party supply partners.
