Dit is je team

Binnen Mark 5 verblijven oudere patiënten waarbij het behandelen niet meer op de voorgrond staat maar het begeleiden centraal staat. Er wordt gewerkt naar enige mate van zelfstandigheid. Hierbij staat de kwaliteit van leven voorop.

Mark 7 is een afdeling waar patiënten verblijven in de leeftijdscategorie tussen de 20 en 70 jaar. Er is sprake van een Ernstige Psychiatrische aandoening (EPA) en waarbij een LVB (licht verstandelijke beperking) een rol kan spelen. Er wordt toe gewerkt naar een zelfstandigheid wat passend is voor de patiënt. Dit wordt gedaan in een therapeutisch klimaat waarbij de patiënt centraal staat.

Je werkt in een multidisciplinair team met aandacht voor samenwerking, reflectie en groei. Samen met leerlingen en stagiaires creëer je een leerklimaat waarin coaching, voorbeeldgedrag en ontwikkeling centraal staan.

Wat ga je doen?

Coördineren, begeleiden, verbinden: dát is jouw kracht als psychiatrisch verpleegkundige. Je start je dag met een duidelijk doel: écht iets betekenen voor mensen met een ernstige psychiatrische aandoening. Als persoonlijk begeleider ben jij degene die de zorg rondom jouw patiënten coördineert. Jij houdt het overzicht, stemt af en zorgt dat iedereen weet wat er nodig is.

Je zit aan tafel bij het multidisciplinair overleg, denkt actief mee over het behandelplan en zorgt dat jouw stem gehoord wordt. Ondertussen begeleid je leerlingen en stagiaires: je laat ze groeien, stelt ze gerust, en geeft ze het vertrouwen om te leren. Want jij weet hoe belangrijk een veilig leerklimaat is — waar fouten maken mag, en feedback welkom is.

Je staat in contact met het netwerk van de patiënt en zorgt dat alle lijntjes verbonden blijven. En je kijkt verder dan vandaag: je denkt mee over hoe de zorg én het leerklimaat op de afdeling nog beter kunnen.

Dit vragen we van jou

  • Een afgeronde mbo-opleiding Verpleegkunde en geldige BIG-registratie
  • Ervaring of affiniteit met de geestelijke gezondheidszorg
  • Coördinerende en coachende vaardigheden
  • Een open, flexibele houding met oog voor het individu
  • Het vermogen om te werken in een complexe leer- en zorgomgeving
