Wat ga je doen?

  • Je levert als behandelaar een inhoudelijke bijdrage aan de behandeling en begeleiding van cliënten binnen het ART-team in Etten-Leur.

  • Je neemt deel aan multidisciplinaire overleggen en brengt vanuit jouw expertise advies en richting in complexe casuïstiek.
  • Je denkt mee over de verdere ontwikkeling van behandeling en zorg binnen het ART-team.
  • Je draagt bij aan een behandelklimaat waarin herstel, eigen regie en participatie centraal staan.

Hoe ziet jouw werkomgeving eruit?

Binnen Continue Intensieve Zorg Etten-Leur bieden we herstelondersteunende zorg aan mensen met een ernstige psychiatrische aandoening (EPA). Vanuit de ART-methodiek (Active Recovery Triad) werken cliënten, naasten en professionals als gelijkwaardige partners samen aan herstel, met aandacht voor hoop, perspectief, autonomie en kwaliteit van leven.

Je werkt op de locatie aan de Pastoor Binckstraat in Etten-Leur en maakt onderdeel uit van een deskundig en toegankelijk multidisciplinair behandelteam. Het team bestaat onder andere uit een psychiater, klinisch psycholoog, verpleegkundig specialist en klinisch casemanagers. Collega's zoeken elkaar gemakkelijk op voor overleg, delen hun expertise en staan open voor nieuwe inzichten en ideeën.

Je krijgt de ruimte om vanuit jouw expertise bij te dragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van zorg en behandeling binnen het ART-team. Daarbij werk je samen met ervaren collega's uit verschillende disciplines en lever je een waardevolle bijdrage aan herstelgerichte zorg voor cliënten met een ernstige psychiatrische aandoening.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Een afgeronde opleiding tot GZ-psycholoog, klinisch psycholoog, verpleegkundig specialist of psychiater inclusief een geldige beroeps-/BIG-registratie.
  • Affiniteit of ervaring met psychiatrie.
  • Ruime kennis op het gebied van (psycho)diagnostiek, behandeling en onderzoek.
  • Zorginhoudelijk leiderschap en een strategische visie op ontwikkelingen binnen de psychiatrie.
  • Goede sociale vaardigheden; zoals goed kunnen luisteren, faciliteren en motiveren.
  • Je bent gemiddeld 16 uur per week beschikbaar.
  • Je bent beschikbaar voor 6 maanden.
