Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Head Chef specializing in Bangladeshi cuisine to independently prepare traditional dishes, manage kitchen operations, and uphold food quality and hygiene standards in a dynamic restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare a wide variety of traditional Bangladeshi dishes independently to meet menu standards
  • Manage kitchen operations to ensure consistent food quality and maintain hygiene standards
  • Adapt cooking processes to support higher sales during public holidays and weekends
  • Work effectively across two shifts to support restaurant operations
  • Participate in a practical cooking test as part of the selection process
  • Join work immediately upon hiring

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Knowledge of the Bengali language to facilitate communication and cultural authenticity
