Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to lead our Vietnamese restaurant kitchen, delivering authentic cuisine and exceptional dining experiences through effective kitchen management and team leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare authentic Vietnamese cuisine to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Manage kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
  • Supervise kitchen staff by providing guidance and support to maintain productivity and quality
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations to uphold health standards
  • Control inventory and food costs by monitoring supplies and minimizing waste
  • Contribute to menu development by creating and refining dishes that enhance the dining experience
