Vos missions

Sous la responsabilité du Directeur Après-Vente, vous assurez l'accueil, le conseil et l'accompagnement des clients dans le cadre des opérations d'entretien et de réparation de leur véhicule.

À ce titre, vous serez amené(e) à :

  • Accueillir les clients et identifier leurs besoins
  • Conseiller les clients sur les prestations à réaliser et les accompagner tout au long de leur parcours après-vente
  • Planifier les interventions en lien avec les équipes atelier
  • Établir les ordres de réparation, devis et factures
  • Assurer le suivi administratif des dossiers et veiller à leur bonne conformité
  • Informer les clients de l'avancement des travaux et des éventuelles interventions complémentaires
  • Restituer les véhicules et présenter les travaux réalisés
  • Participer au développement de l'activité après-vente par la promotion des produits et services proposés par la concession
  • Garantir un haut niveau de satisfaction client dans le respect des standards de qualité de la marque

Profil recherché

  • Issu(e) d'une formation Bac à Bac+2 dans le domaine commercial, automobile ou titulaire d'un CQP Réceptionnaire Après-Vente
  • Vous justifiez d'une première expérience réussie sur un poste similaire dans le secteur automobile
  • Une expérience dans l'univers du véhicule industriel ou utilitaire léger serait appréciée
  • Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre sens du service, votre aisance relationnelle et votre capacité à instaurer une relation de confiance avec les clients
  • Vous êtes organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et à l'aise avec les outils informatiques
  • Vous avez un intérêt marqué pour l'automobile et les métiers de l'après-vente
  • Vous souhaitez évoluer au sein d'une marque reconnue pour son excellence et la qualité de son service
