The posting

Sous la responsabilité directe du Directeur SAV, vous incarnez la marque face à nos clients les plus exigeants. En tant que Coordinateur technique : vous pilotez l'expérience client de bout en bout, vous êtes garant(e) de la fluidité de l'atelier et vous portez nos standards d'une enseigne haut de gamme au quotidien.

Ce poste s'adresse à un(e) professionnel(le) aguerri(e), prêt(e) à prendre des responsabilités et à laisser sa marque.

Vos responsabilités ?

- Gérer l'intégralité du cycle client en collaboration avec les conseillers service après-vente : accueil, prise en charge, diagnostic, suivi, restitution

- Déclencher et coordonner les processus de maintenance et de réparation

- Établir devis, ordres de réparation et factures avec rigueur et réactivité

- Commercialiser activement nos produits, services et les ventes additionnelles

- Gérer les dossiers complexes, litiges et garanties constructeur

- Être l'interlocuteur(trice) référent(e) pour les clients flottes & professionnels

- Optimiser la planification atelier pour maximiser le taux de chargement atelier

- Contribuer activement à l'amélioration continue de la satisfaction client

- Encadrer le SAV du site secondaire : management, organisation de l'atelier, répartition de la charge de travail, etc.

- Participer et accompagner la gestion des réclamations clients à travers les différentes sources d'entrées (téléphone, physique, mail, etc.)

- Être le support administratif au RH : déclaration absences / AT, heures supplémentaires, congés payés, etc.

Profil recherché :

- Issu(e) d’une formation Bac/Bac+2 en commerce / CQP réceptionnaire après-vente (ou équivalent)

- Vous justifiez d'au moins 5 ans d'expérience confirmée en réception SAV, idéalement en VI/VUL

- Expertise technique solide : vous parlez le même langage que l'atelier

- Maîtrise des outils informatiques (devis, OR, facturation)

- Passion authentique pour la mécanique et les métiers de la vente de service

- Vous souhaitez faire partie d’une enseigne haut de gamme et dynamique.
