Le Groupement Hospitalier de l-Ouest Lémanique (GHOL) regroupe plusieurs établissements de soins dans la région de La Côte et assure une prise en charge de proximité pour la population.

Votre mission :

Au sein du service biomédical du GHOL, vous assurez l-entretien, la maintenance préventive et les réparations courantes des équipements utilisés dans les établissements hospitaliers et médico-sociaux du groupe.

Intégré à une équipe composée du responsable de service et de trois techniciens biomédicaux, vous contribuez à la fiabilité du matériel, à la sécurité des utilisateurs et à la continuité des activités de soins.

Ce poste concret et varié s-adresse à une personne manuelle, curieuse et polyvalente, désireuse de développer ses compétences techniques dans un environnement stimulant.

Vos activités principales :

  • Effectuer la maintenance préventive et les réparations courantes sur différents équipements, notamment les lits hospitaliers, fauteuils roulants, fauteuils de soins et divans d-examen.
  • Contrôler le bon fonctionnement du matériel, identifier les anomalies et diagnostiquer les pannes courantes.
  • Réaliser les interventions nécessaires dans le respect des procédures établies et des exigences de sécurité.
  • Documenter les interventions et assurer le suivi des équipements dans la GMAO (gestion de maintenance assistée par ordinateur).
  • Collaborer avec les équipes soignantes et les différents services afin de répondre à leurs besoins techniques.
  • Participer à la gestion et au suivi du parc d-équipements sur les différents sites du GHOL.
  • Selon votre progression et votre niveau d-autonomie, vous pourrez également intervenir sur des équipements plus complexes et contribuer à des projets techniques.

Votre profil

  • Vous disposez d-une bonne habileté manuelle et d-un intérêt marqué pour la technique et la maintenance.
  • Vous êtes polyvalent, pragmatique et capable de rechercher des solutions adaptées aux problèmes rencontrés.
  • Vous faites preuve de curiosité, de rigueur et d-autonomie, tout en sachant reconnaître vos limites et demander conseil lorsque nécessaire.
  • Vous appréciez le travail en équipe et adoptez une attitude discrète et respectueuse de la confidentialité, indispensable en milieu hospitalier.
  • Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques courants, notamment Microsoft Word et Excel.
  • Vous êtes titulaire du permis de conduire, indispensable pour les déplacements entre les différents établissements du GHOL.

Diplômes / formation :

CFC ou brevet fédéral dans un domaine technique (agent d-exploitation, polymécanicien, électronicien, mécanicien en maintenance, etc.)

Les atouts supplémentaires :

  • Une connaissance d-un logiciel de GMAO.
  • Une expérience en milieu hospitalier ou médico-social, appréciée mais non indispensable.
