Per Azienda Cliente del settore Moda e Lusso, con sede a Scandicci (FI), ricerchiamo un/una: JUNIOR PRODUCTION ASSISTANT La risorsa fornirà supporto operativo e di back office alle attività di produzione e qualità per le categorie di pelletteria, calzature e bijoux, contribuendo all'aggiornamento dei sistemi, alla gestione dei fornitori e alla preparazione della reportistica a supporto dei processi operativi. Il focus principale sarà su attività di back office e gestione dati. Attività principali Gestione fornitori esterni: contatto quotidiano per aggiornamento piani di produzione, avanzamento ordini e conferme di spedizione. Aggiornamento KPI e analisi dei dati su diversi tool interni. Gestione file di monitoraggio: aggiornamento Gantt e documenti operativi a supporto della pianificazione. Supporto al team Qualità per la definizione delle quantità da collaudare. Back office amministrativo: gestione fatture, anomalie produttive, raccolta dati Social Compliance. Gestione PLM: creazione e aggiornamento SKU, caricamento prezzi e dati prodotto. Assegnazioni ai fornitori terzi per materie prime. Gestione ordini: creazione, monitoraggio ed eventuale cancellazione di PO tramite SAP. Analisi e reporting per HQ Parigi (in inglese). Requisiti Laurea preferibilmente in Ingegneria Gestionale, Economia o discipline affini Almeno un'esperienza maturata in ruoli analoghi: back office, gestione e amministrazione ordini fornitori, procurement, logistica/supply chain Preferibile provenienza dal settore Fashion & Luxury Ottima conoscenza di Excel (livello avanzato) Livello avanzato di Inglese B2/C1 per utilizzo quotidiano con HQ Parigi Utilizzo di ERP - SAP e di strumenti PLM considerato un plus Capacità di analisi dati e reporting Forte attitudine analitica e precisione, capacità organizzative e gestione delle priorità Predisposizione al lavoro in team e alla comunicazione con stakeholder interni/esterni Disponibilità a lavorare on-site a Bagno a Ripoli e poi Scandicci (indicativamente da metà anno) Offerta Contratto: somministrazione 6 mesi con prospettiva Orario flessibile: ingresso 8:30-9:30; pausa 30/60 min; uscita conseguente, dal Lunedì al Venerdì CCNL Tessile Industria - 4°/5° livello, RAL 25.000€-31.000€ in base all'esperienza Benefit: Ticket restaurant 8€ giornalieri, SW 2 giorni a settimana previo periodo di onboarding, formazione e affiancamento Sede di lavoro: Scandicci (FI) Tempistiche di inserimento: dal prima possibile #LI-AB3 Grafton è il brand globale che si occupa di Professional Recruitment di Gi Group Holding, la prima multinazionale italiana del lavoro e una tra le principali realtà che offrono servizi e consulenza HR a livello globale.
