La Divisione Permanent di Gi Group, con un team di consulenti dedicati, si occupa della ricerca e selezione di risorse con esperienza, che hanno voglia di intraprendere nuovi percorsi professionali. Per conto di una solida realtà industriale operante nel settore metalmeccanico, caratterizzata da attività interne di progettazione e produzione, siamo alla ricerca di un/una: Responsabile Amministrativo Contabile La risorsa entrerà in un percorso strutturato di affiancamento all'attuale referente amministrativa, con l'obiettivo di acquisire progressivamente la piena conoscenza delle procedure aziendali e assumere, nel tempo, la responsabilità della gestione amministrativa e contabile. Il ruolo offre una concreta opportunità di crescita professionale e di progressiva autonomia, anche attraverso l'ampliamento delle attività contabili attualmente gestite internamente, in collaborazione con lo studio commercialista e gli altri consulenti esterni. La posizione si inserisce in un contesto dinamico e in evoluzione, nel quale la figura ricercata potrà contribuire attivamente al miglioramento dei processi amministrativi e all'introduzione di nuovi strumenti gestionali. Principali responsabilità La risorsa, inizialmente affiancata e successivamente sempre più autonoma, si occuperà di: Registrazione delle fatture attive e passive e supporto alla gestione della fatturazione elettronica. Gestione della prima nota contabile e registrazione e riconciliazione dei movimenti bancari. Gestione delle RI.BA. clienti e fornitori e monitoraggio delle scadenze amministrative. Controllo della correttezza e completezza della documentazione contabile, con relativa archiviazione. Predisposizione di elaborazioni contabili periodiche, prospetti e riconciliazioni. Supporto alla preparazione dei budget trimestrali e alla reportistica amministrativa. Preparazione della documentazione necessaria alle attività di revisione contabile di fine anno e collaborazione con revisori, commercialista e consulenti esterni. Requisiti Richiesti Diploma in Ragioneria, Amministrazione, Finanza e Marketing oppure laurea a indirizzo economico. Esperienza pregressa in ambito amministrativo-contabile. Buona conoscenza della contabilità generale e autonomia nella registrazione delle principali operazioni contabili, o capacità di raggiungerla in tempi ragionevoli. Buona padronanza di Microsoft Excel. Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata. Offerta Contrattuale: Inserimento diretto in azienda a tempo indeterminato. Retribuzione prevista: 35000€ - 45000€ lordi annui, definita in base all'inquadramento contrattuale, alle mansioni previste e alle caratteristiche della posizione.
