Con una rete capillare di oltre 1.000 stazioni di servizio (di cui circa 300 di proprietà) sul territorio nazionale e importanti partnership commerciali, l'azienda è licenziatario esclusivo in Italia di un prestigioso brand petrolifero globale. In forte crescita e orientata al futuro, sta trasformando la rete in hub multiservizio, integrando alla proposta tradizionale soluzioni per la transizione ecologica (ricarica elettrica rapida, biocarburanti HVO) e servizi retail/ristorazione. Sales Territory Manager - TOSCANA SUD (Grosseto) Il ruolo La risorsa, riportando all'Area Manager, gestirà e svilupperà la rete nell'area assegnata in Toscana Sud, con presidio costante del territorio (circa 80% della settimana). Responsabilità principali Definire e implementare il piano commerciale dell'area e raggiungere gli obiettivi di vendita e redditività. Gestire la relazione con gestori/presidianti e stakeholder della rete. Sviluppare e fidelizzare il portafoglio clienti, gestendo trattative, condizioni commerciali, campagne promo e scontistiche. Monitorare il mercato e individuare nuove opportunità (stazioni strategiche/partner). Gestire aspetti amministrativi e documentali dei punti vendita assegnati e supportare budget e forecast. Gestire segnalazioni/reclami garantendo la qualità del servizio e la soddisfazione cliente. Requisiti Laurea (o titolo equivalente) in ambito economico/giuridico/ingegneristico. Forte attitudine commerciale e negoziale, capacità analitiche e organizzative. Buona conoscenza MS Office e strumenti digitali Esperienza nel ruolo, preferibilmente in contesti strutturati. La provenienza dal settore Oil (downstream) può essere considerata titolo preferenziale. Verranno valutate con interesse anche candidature provenienti da settori Retail NON-OIL (energia, utilities, logistica, FMCG). Conoscenze amministrative/tecnico-manutentive/gestionali. Inglese B1-B2. Dimestichezza negli spostamenti sul territorio. Si offre: Inserimento con contratto a tempo indeterminato.
