Per importante compagnia assicurativa operante a livello internazionale, ricerchiamo: Liquidatore e impiegato assicurativo centrale operativa sinistri salute La risorsa ricercata entrerà a far parte di un'importante compagnia assicurativa operativa livello a internazionale e sarà inserita nella Direzione Health come parte del team per la gestione dei sinistri. Si occuperà della gestione dei sinistri diretti, monitorando a sistema tutto l'iter previsto dalla compagnia confrontandosi sia con i clienti, con i colleghi della compagnia, ma anche con le strutture sanitarie convenzionate. Verificherà la possibilità di effettuare le prestazioni o meno, della completezza e correttezza dei documenti forniti e gestirà il sinistro sulla piattaforma, rispondendo talvolta anche alle telefonate entranti dal numero verde della Compagnia per fornire informazioni ai singoli assistiti. Profilo ricercato: laurea preferibilmente in materie giuridiche e/o economiche/umanistiche; pregressa esperienza in ambito liquidazione ramo salute; sono altresì valutabili risorse che hanno operato in contesti diversi dal mondo assicurativo, seppur interessati ad inserirsi in questo mondo e con un titolo di studio corrispondente ad una laurea in area economico/giuridico; Il profilo ideale ha una forte attitudine organizzativa, ha delle buone competenze informatiche soprattutto nell'utilizzo del programma excel, ed è capace di lavorare per priorità, rispettando una pianificazione serrata. Necessaria una buona capacità comunicativa e relazionale e disponibilità a saltuarie trasferte su Milano. Cosa offriamo Previsto periodo di formazione iniziale propedeutico alla presa in carico dell'attività lavorativa. Richiesta disponibilità a partire da subito per 36 ore settimanali dal lunedì al sabato, distribuite su turni fissi al pomeriggio. L'assegnazione del turno è fissa e viene stabilita dalla compagnia. Il ruolo prevede esclusivamente attività in presenza presso la sede dell'azienda a Torino città. contratto a tempo determinato a partire da subito in somministrazione per 12 mesi, 3 livello 1° classe ccnl ania + buoni pasto da 7 euro.
