Per società finanziaria 'captive' (proprietaria) di un gruppo automobilistico a livello internazionale, ricerchiamo: Back Office Assicurativo Avrai la responsabilità di: Partecipare a progetti di miglioramento e ottimizzazione dei processi e delle procedure operative. Contribuire a progetti di ottimizzazione dei processi e delle procedure aziendali, nonché allo sviluppo di applicazioni informatiche. Supportare il team nella gestione delle polizze assicurative intermediate e dei contratti con le relative compagnie, occupandosi di regolazioni dei premi e monitoraggio dei KPI di riferimento. Collaborare con i colleghi per analizzare le esigenze dei dealer e dei clienti, proponendo soluzioni assicurative adeguate alle necessità. Supportare la preparazione di report, analisi e della documentazione relativa alle attività assicurative. Requisiti richiesti: Laurea in Economia, Finanza, Giurisprudenza o discipline affini. Esperienza di almeno 6 mesi in ambiti assicurativi, preferibile in ambito automotive. Sei un team player, in grado di instaurare relazioni con gli stakeholder esterni e interni. Forte orientamento al risultato e capacità di lavorare in team. Interesse per il settore assicurativo e la finanza. Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (B2, scritto e parlato). Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office e COPILOT.
