Per azienda cliente del settore oleodinamico, facente parte di un grande Gruppo, selezioniamo: ADDETTA/O TORNI CNC La risorsa sarà inserita nel reparto lavorazioni meccaniche e si occuperà della realizzazione di componenti oleodinamici su torni CNC. In particolare: operazioni di carico e scarico macchina compilazione di schede di controllo ed esecuzione dei controlli dimensionali e delle verifiche qualitative sui particolari lavorati tramite l'utilizzo degli strumenti di misura cambio utensili interventi di correzione e ricontrollo del prodotto. Requisiti richiesti: Diploma tecnico ad indirizzo Meccanico/Meccatronico Esperienza pregressa come operatore torni CNC o in lavorazioni meccaniche similari di almeno 2/3 anni Costituisce un plus l'esperienza nel piazzamento macchina e nell'attrezzaggio Buona capacità di lettura del disegno meccanico Conoscenza unità di misura e tolleranze geometriche di base Utilizzo dei principali strumenti di misura (es: calibro, micrometro) Flessibilità Organizzazione/pianificazione Disponibilità all'apprendimento. Contratto: il tipo di contratto e il livello di inquadramento contrattuale saranno individuati sulla base dell'esperienza professionale, delle competenze possedute e dei requisiti soggettivi del candidato. L'inserimento potrà avvenire mediante contratto a tempo determinato della durata di 12 mesi, contratto di Somministrazione a tempo determinato o, ove ne ricorrano le condizioni di legge, mediante contratto di Apprendistato. Inquadramento: operaio D2-C2 CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria. RAL compresa tra € 30.400,00 e € 32.500,00, da determinarsi in funzione dell'esperienza professionale, delle competenze possedute e del livello di inquadramento applicabile e alle pertinenti disposizioni del Ccnl Metalmeccanica Industria in relazione alla posizione. Altri elementi economici aggiuntivi: Premio di Risultato quantificato su obiettivi aziendali, Premio Presenza (€0,40 per ora lavorata ordinaria). Ulteriori Benefit: Servizio Mensa (importo a carico del/della dipendente € 1,50), Welfare CCNL. Orario: full time, su turni a settimane alternate: settimana mattina 6.00-13.00 dal lunedì al venerdì, settimana pomeriggio 13.00-20.00 dal lunedì al venerdì con recupero sul sabato in caso di turno pomeridiano, dalle 7.00 alle 12.00. Sede di lavoro: Bibbiano (RE).
