Nello specifico il/la professionista si occuperà di: - Creazione del progetto formativo e dei materiali in linea con la richiesta; - Realizzazione delle attività formative in presenza in coerenza con il cronoprogramma definito; - Collaborazione nel monitoraggio in itinere. I percorsi formativi da erogare saranno nello specifico (a scelta o tutti in base all'esperienza maturata dal professionista): - Percorso 1 (30 ore di formazione in presenza, 20 partecipanti) Titolo: Trasformare la lezione tradizionale in un'esperienza interattiva e strutturata. Descrizione: Architetture dell'apprendimento digitale; Analisi dei nuovi ambienti di apprendimento e modelli di Micro-progettazione; Progettare per competenze: creare Unità di Apprendimento (UDA) che integrino reale e virtuale; Utilizzo di framework europei (DigCompEdu) per l'autovalutazione del docente; Utilizzo di Tool avanzati e Intelligenza Artificiale; L'IA generativa come assistente alla progettazione: creare materiali didattici personalizzati in pochi minuti. Valutazione e Feedback. Strumenti digitali per il feedback immediato e la valutazione formativa; Creazione di rubriche di valutazione digitali per compiti di realtà. - Percorso 2 (30 ore di formazione blended, 30 partecipanti) Titolo: Didattica orientativa per il team docente. Descrizione: Trasformare le discipline scolastiche in strumenti per l'autoconoscenza e la costruzione del progetto di vita degli studenti, in linea con le Linee Guida per l'Orientamento; Costruire percorsi di didattica orientativa attraverso l'apprendimento in situazione: il Service Learning come scoperta del proprio ruolo sociale; Utilizzo del Debate per sviluppare il pensiero critico e la capacità decisionale. Inizio lavori: Partenza prevista in modalità in presenza da novembre 2026.
