La Divisione Permanent di Gi Group (Aut. Min. 26/11/04 Prot. n. 1101-SG), con un team di consulenti dedicati, si occupa della ricerca e selezione di risorse con esperienza, che hanno voglia di intraprendere nuovi percorsi professionali. Per il nostro cliente, multinazionale leader nella produzione e distribuzione di strumentazione in ambito medico e diagnostico, stiamo ricercando: HR ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT - L.68/99. La risorsa, in qualità di HR Admin Support, avrà un ruolo cruciale nel supportare il dipartimento HR Italia. Nello specifico si occuperà di: Gestire le attività amministrative HR quotidiane per l'Italia, garantendo accuratezza, riservatezza e follow-up tempestivo. Mantenere e aggiornare archivi del personale, report e documentazione HR in linea con i requisiti locali e i processi interni. Supportare le comunicazioni obbligatorie e gli adempimenti amministrativi in ambito lavorativo, inclusi assunzioni, cessazioni, variazioni contrattuali, accordi di smart working e segnalazioni/informative relative agli infortuni sul lavoro. Gestire o supportare i canali amministrativi e la documentazione specifici per l'Italia, incluse comunicazioni via PEC, richieste DURC, certificati, autodichiarazioni e dichiarazioni aziendali. Supportare il completamento degli adempimenti ricorrenti di compliance, reporting e obblighi statistici (es. indagini ISTAT). Fornire supporto operativo per la rilevazione presenze (timekeeping), aggiornamenti dei dati dei dipendenti e relativi controlli, segnalando anomalie o dubbi quando necessario. Supportare la predisposizione della documentazione e della reportistica relativa a fondi interprofessionali o piani formativi finanziati, come Fondimpresa e Fondirigenti, ove applicabile. Supportare dipendenti, manager e stakeholder interni su richieste amministrative HR, indirizzando correttamente le richieste e garantendo un'esperienza di servizio coerente. Sei la persona che cerchiamo se: Appartieni alle categorie protette, L.68/99 Hai ottima padronanza della lingua italiana e inglese per poter comunicare quotidianamente con il team di riferimento, collocato all'estero Hai maturato una precedente esperienza in ruoli affini Hai buona conoscenza di Word, Excel, PowerPoint Offriamo: CCNL Metalmeccanica e Installazione Impianti, livello C2/C3, RAL compresa tra 25000 e 34000€, mensa interna, premio di risultato fino ad un massimo di 2000 € e premio aziendale basato su raggiungimento di obiettivi aziendali e personali (target: 10% della RAL), pacchetto di coperture assicurative. Possibilità di smart working ed eventuale opzione di lavoro full remote Orario full time 9.00-18.00 con ingresso flessibile.
