Per la divisione Professional di Gi Group - composta da più di 200 consulenti con focus sulla Talent acquisition e consulenza di servizi customizzati- siamo alla ricerca, PER LA NOSTRA DIVISIONE SPECIALIZZATA di una figura di: TALENT ACQUISITION CONSULTANT - DIVISIONE MECHANICS 4.0 Di cosa ti occuperai: Ti occuperai della ricerca e selezione dei candidati specializzati sul territorio di riferimento, collaborando con il team dedicato alla specializzazione Mechanics nel raggiungimento degli obiettivi assegnati e supporterai le aziende clienti fornendo una consulenza professionale grazie alla conoscenza del mercato di riferimento e all'utilizzo di tools innovativi che avrai a disposizione. Sarai responsabile in particolare di: - definire le esigenze ed individuare la migliore soluzione di servizio - ricercare, acquisire e gestire le candidature - qualificare e aggiornare il data base e le relazioni con i candidati 'core' - gestire i colloqui di valutazione - orientare il candidato e il cliente - proporre attivamente i migliori profili intercettati - il ruolo non prevede attività sales di acquisizione new client Le skills richieste sono: - Laurea preferibilmente in materie umanistico-economiche - Spiccato interesse per il mondo della ricerca e selezione - Solida esperienza in ruoli consulenziali in ambito HR, nella gestione di progetti strutturati, in particolare in settori specializzati. Valuteremo favorevolmente anche la competenza nell'utilizzo di strumenti di valutazione come testistica ed assessment center. E'importante che tu abbia una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, data la dimensione anche internazionale dell'azienda, e un ottimo utilizzo del pacchetto office.
