Nello speci?co il/la professionista si occuperà di: Erogazione delle attività formative con le modalità sotto descritte; Realizzazione delle attività formative presenziali in coerenza con il cronoprogramma de?nito; Partecipazione e collaborazione negli incontri formativi ed informativi sulle speci?che tematiche oggetto dell'incarico ricevuto, in base al calendario stabilito; Collaborazione nel monitoraggio in itinere al ?ne di veri?care l'andamento e gli esiti della formazione e delle attività didattico-organizzative. Descrizione attività: Percorso 1 (30 ore di orientamento in presenza, 20 alunni partecipanti) L'attività sarà gestita dall'Orientatore affiancato ad ogni lezione da un Tutor. Il percorso è volto a stimolare la conoscenza di sé e degli altri compagni per contribuire a costruire un gruppo classe armonico creando un clima collaborativo che possa facilitare il lavoro durante l'anno scolastico. Gli studenti saranno coinvolti in giochi interattivi ed esperienziali, sfide, elaborati e simulazioni, per sviluppare le competenze relazionali, organizzative e di apprendimento in modo motivante e partecipativo.
