Min. 26/11/04 Prot. n. 1101-SG) per la divisione Gi Group Fashion & Luxury, specializzata nei servizi per le risorse umane per le aziende del mondo della moda, della cosmetica, del lusso ricerca per un luxury brand settore fragrance una figura di: DEMAND PLANNING ASSISTANT Nell'ambito del Dipartimento Supply Chain & Operations, all'interno del team di Demand Planning, il/La Demand Planning Specialist è responsabile dello sviluppo, della manutenzione e del miglioramento dei modelli di previsione per diverse famiglie di prodotto, integrando input provenienti da Sales, Marketing e Finance al fine di fornire previsioni di domanda accurate. Le principali responsabilità sono: Sviluppare e mantenere i modelli previsionali e lo strumento di forecasting su diverse famiglie e linee di prodotto. Integrare nelle previsioni fornite dai mercati a livello worldwide tutti gli input di business rilevanti provenienti da funzioni quali Sales, Marketing e Finance. Preparare i dati: pulizia dei dati di vendita, verifica dei trend, impostazione dei coefficienti di stagionalità. Analizzare i trend storici di vendita, le dinamiche di mercato e gli effetti di cannibalizzazione/halo per sviluppare previsioni affidabili e supportare il processo decisionale. Supportare il ciclo S&OP e la preparazione della Demand Review. Analizzare, monitorare e adeguare (quando necessario) la previsione di breve periodo per allinearla alle aspettative di business e agli output dei meeting S&OP. Fornire gli input necessari al team di Supply Planning per predisporre il piano di replenishment del magazzino centrale, nel rispetto degli obiettivi condivisi di servizio, copertura e valore di stock. Fornire i dati previsionali futuri a tutti gli stakeholder chiave dell'azienda e verificare l'aderenza degli ordini rispetto al forecast. Condividere con i mercati il baseline forecast e gli indicatori di accuratezza/bias della previsione, verificando e supportando la loro partecipazione attiva al processo di forecasting. Monitorare e analizzare l'accuratezza e il bias del forecast per identificare rischi e opportunità di miglioramento. Requisiti: Esperienza consolidata nel demand planning o in ruoli analoghi. Laurea in Management, Ingegneria, Economia o Finanza. Competenze avanzate in Excel e Power BI ed esperienza pratica con software di demand forecasting (es. Dynasys (QAD-DSCP), Board). Spiccate capacità analitiche, orientamento ai risultati, capacità di gestire efficacemente più attività in un ambiente dinamico. Attitudine collaborativa e comprovata capacità di influenzare stakeholder interni ed esterni. Mindset proattivo, adattabile e orientato ai risultati. Lingue: inglese fluente.
