Gi Group, prima multinazionale del lavoro italiana, in collaborazione con il Gruppo AIMAG - per la società SINERGAS S.p.A., attiva nella vendita di energia, gas e soluzioni per l'efficienza energetica - ricerca: ACCOUNT COMMERCIALE - SETTORE ENERGIA La risorsa, inserita in un team commerciale strutturato e a riporto dell'Area Manager, opererà sul territorio della provincia di Parma e Reggio Emilia. Dopo iniziale periodo di formazione, si occuperà dello sviluppo commerciale e della gestione della clientela, contribuendo alla crescita e fidelizzazione del portafoglio clienti. Principali attività - Sviluppo commerciale: ricerca attiva di nuovi clienti e promozione dei servizi energia e gas - Consulenza e vendita, dalla proposta alla chiusura del contratto - Gestione e fidelizzazione del portafoglio clienti esistente - Attività di contatto e visite sul territorio - Collaborazione con il team e i punti vendita di riferimento Requisiti - Diploma o Laurea preferibile in ambito marketing/comunicazione - Forte attitudine commerciale e orientamento al risultato - Buone capacità relazionali e organizzative - Predisposizione al lavoro per obiettivi e in team - Conoscenza del territorio e disponibilità agli spostamenti - Plus: esperienza nella vendita o nel settore energia Cosa ti offriamo? Contratto iniziale, a termine, in ottica di successiva stabilizzazione Full time, 40 ore dal lunedì al venerdì (sabato opzionabile) Inquadramento: 4°/5° livello CCNL Commercio, commisurato all'esperienza pregressa maturata Fascia retributiva indicativa: RAL compresa tra 23.000 e 28.000 euro lordi annui Sistema di incentivazione variabile legato al raggiungimento di obiettivi individuali e aziendali, disciplinato dal Regolamento del 'Sistema Incentivante Commerciale' di Sinergas S.p.A. Il premio minimo, erogato in caso di raggiungimento degli obiettivi, è pari a € 400 lordi per trimestre. Dei premi maturati, i primi € 300 complessivi saranno convertiti in welfare aziendale Buoni pasto del valore nominale di € 10 per ogni giornata lavorativa Inserimento in un ambiente dinamico e in continuo sviluppo ed evoluzione, in un team consolidato e in una società orientata alla persona e alla conciliazione vita-lavoro.
