Per importante e rinomato ente del territorio barese, operante nel settore dei servizi alle imprese, nello specifico delle attività di promozione dei processi di internazionalizzazione, innovazione e di creazione/incubazione di imprese operanti nel settore della conoscenza e della creatività, ricerchiamo un ADDETTO LEGALE E DI SUPPORTO ALLA GOVERNANCE La risorsa sarà un supporto strategico e operativo al Presidente, al Consiglio di Amministrazione (CdA) e al Consiglio Generale, con responsabilità nella gestione degli aspetti legali, contrattuali e societari, contribuendo al rafforzamento della governance e della compliance normativa dell'Ente. La posizione agirà inoltre come punto di coordinamento con studi legali esterni (inclusi quelli lavoristico-amministrativi) e consulenti del lavoro e fiscali, garantendo integrazione, efficienza e conformità alle normative vigenti. Requisiti Laurea in Giurisprudenza Esperienza minima di 2 anni in ambito legale, governance o supporto agli organi sociali, preferibilmente in contesti pubblici/enti autonomi o grandi organizzazioni Conoscenza approfondita di: diritto societario, contrattualistica, diritto del lavoro e normativa in materia di compliance Capacità di coordinamento con studi professionali esterni e gestione di attività/progetti legali complessi Ottime capacità di scrittura legale, analisi critica e comunicazione Familiarità con strumenti informatici per gestione documentale e redazione atti; ottima conoscenza Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Competenze trasversali - Precisione nella verifica documentale, autonomia e rispetto delle scadenze, problem solving e coordinamento di attività tecnico-amministrative, collaborazione e gestione degli stakeholder, affidabilità e riservatezza, comunicazione tecnica chiara e sintetica. Cosa offriamo - Inserimento diretto in azienda a tempo indeterminato - Orario di lavoro: part time, dal lunedì al venerdì 19h/settimana - CCNL Commercio II livello, RAL € 15.000 - € 16.000 su base annua, calcolata su part-time 50% (19 ore settimanali) Il trattamento include: retribuzione base CCNL, welfare aziendale (es. assicurazione sanitaria, buoni pasto, ecc.) ed eventuali indennità previste. Grafton Office è una specializzazione di Gi Group Spa autorizzata ad operare dal Ministero del Lavoro e delle Politiche Sociali (Aut. Min. 26/11/2004 PROT. 1101 - SG).
