Per solida azienda del settore Farmaceutico, con sede a Roma, sono alla ricerca di un/una: RESPONSABILE LEGALE La risorsa, riportando direttamente alla Direzione, avrà la responsabilità di presidiare tutte le attività di carattere legale della Società e alle sue controllate (anche estere), con particolare focus su contrattualistica, contenzioso e compliance, fornendo supporto agli organi societari e alle diverse funzioni aziendali. Principali responsabilità Gestione diretta delle attività e dei presidi legali; Consulenza e assistenza alla Direzione, agli organi societari e alle funzioni aziendali, in particolare su tematiche di diritto civile, societario, commerciale internazionale, tutela della proprietà intellettuale e compliance in generale; Redazione, negoziazione e revisione di contratti con clienti, fornitori, partner tecnologici e altri interlocutori; Presidio di tutti gli aspetti legali connessi alla produzione, sviluppo, commercializzazione, licensing in e out e distribuzione di prodotti farmaceutici, alimentari e dispositivi medici; Supporto all'Organo di Amministrazione, all'Organo di Controllo e all'Organismo di Vigilanza 231 per la definizione, aggiornamento ed implementazione dei presidi di compliance; Gestione dei rapporti con eventuali consulenti e studi legali esterni, in particolari esteri, coordinandone le attività; Gestione del contenzioso e delle attività precontenziose, coordinando il lavoro di eventuali legali esterni; Monitoraggio dell'evoluzione normativa, ed in particolare della legislazione farmaceutica, anche ai fini della valutazione dei relativi impatti su tutte le attività aziendali. Requisiti Laurea magistrale in Giurisprudenza; Esperienza professionale significativa, almeno decennale, maturata in aziende farmaceutiche, healthcare o biotech; Esperienza in primari studi legali con significativa esperienza su tematiche di diritto commerciale e compliance aziendale; Solida conoscenza del diritto civile, commerciale e societario, della contrattualistica e delle principali tematiche legali d'impresa; Ottima conoscenza della normativa e delle tematiche specifiche del settore farmaceutico; Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata; Ottime capacità di analisi, sintesi, negoziazione e gestione delle priorità; Autonomia, affidabilità, riservatezza e capacità di interagire efficacemente con interlocutori sia interni che esterni. Assolutamente fondamentale una consolidata pregressa esperienza nei settori Farmaceutico / Biotech / Sanità Sede di lavoro: Roma Tipologia contrattuale: contratto di lavoro a tempo indeterminato; CCNL chimico farmaceutico liv. Quadro; Inquadramento e retribuzione: range RAL €80.000-€100.000 + buoni pasto #LI-FD2 Wyser S.r.l. è autorizzata ad operare dal Ministero del Lavoro e delle Politiche Sociali (Aut. Min. del 15/04/2014 Prot. N: 39/4903) e si occupa di ricerca e selezione di profili manageriali ed executive.
